The Martinotti method is used to make some of the most popular sparkling wines in the world, most notably those of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG. This tasting and seminar explores the finer side of Martinotti wines with leading experts and wines from the Italian Consorzio of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG and counterparts from the English wine scene. We will explore the nuances and deployment of the Martinotti method, the place for Martinotti-method wines in the UK market, and how to make and sell high-quality Martinotti wines.
